RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return via post to our online store within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return postage costs will be at your expense. 

 

We encourage you to return your parcel via a trackable post service as the parcel will remain the property of the purchaser until received by 3 Style. 

 

Store purchases cannot be returned online, only in store. IMPORTANT "SALE" items and / or "FLASH SALES" *40-60% OFF purchases can not be returned or refunded unless the garment is deemed to be faulty. 

The postal address for returns will be sent to you upon submission of a return request to 3 Style via email - click here to email us.

 

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and offer a exchange or store credit on your item(s) provided that:

  • The item is received by 3 Style within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
  • You provide your original 3 Style receipt upon item return.
  • The item is in original saleable condition with all original tags, is unworn, unopened and unused.
  • A return request is submitted to 3 Style in writing prior to return parcel being sent.
  • If you are not able to comply with these requirements, 3 Style reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
  • The following items are unable to be exchanged due to change of mind for hygiene reasons: Earrings, jewelry and hair accessories.
